Stellaris Venture Partners is a Bangalore-based venture capital firm with a focus on investing in software companies in the India region. It generally invests in companies during early-stage funding rounds, such as seed and Series A. It invests in the sectors of online services, technology-enabled financial services and healthcare, supply chain networks, vertical machine-learning applications and software-as-a-service.

Stellaris Venture Partners has made 23 investments with ten companies in its portfolio as of February 2020. It raised one fund in 2017 with a value of $50 million.
