Signal Peak is a private equity and venture capital firm with more than $550 million of committed capital under management. Founded in 2011 by Ron Heinz and Scott Petty, the firm focuses its investments on companies in the information technology sector with expertise in internet, SaaS, enterprise software, communications, security, and mobile computing.

Signal Peak has funded more than 30 investments, including WildWorks, Verismic Software, Teal, PactSafe, InfusionSoft, and Aspen Avionics. Signal Peak is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.
