Seema Amble

Seema Amble is a San Francisco-based businessperson and investor. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University and attended Harvard Business School to obtain her MBA. She then attended Harvard Law School to earn her Juris Doctor. She worked in the field of finance as an analyst and associate. Later she became Vice President of Venture and Growth Investing at Goldman Sachs. She joined Andreessen Horowitz in 2019 as a partner.

Prior to joining Andreessen Horowitz, she was at Goldman Sachs on a venture growth technology investing team.

Previously, she worked at LeapFrog Investments, an emerging markets financial services investment firm, and at Altamont Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm.

She began her career at Blackstone on the financial institutions team

Seems also worked at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau while in law school..

Seems has a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, and a JD/MBA from Harvard University, where she was a Baker Scholar.
