Sava is a London-based digital health company with a focus on creating software and hardware to monitor a person's health when they are training or looking to improve their athletic ability. The company was founded in 2016 by Rafael Michali and Renato Circi.

The company's product consists of both hardware and software and can be ordered for either individuals or entire teams. The hardware uses microneedle technology and can be placed on various parts of the body, such as the arm or leg, to monitor glucose and lactate measurements. It also provides heart-rate and accelerometry data. The data collected by the hardware is analyzed and stored on the Sava mobile application. Users can view post-workout breakdowns on the app to identify areas for improvement and also track their performance with weekly and monthly reports. There is also an artificial intelligence coach feature on the app which gives insights into the health of the user, such as optimal diet plans and ways to train smarter.
