Invisible CRM was founded in the spring of 2005 to develop a family of products to improve the performance and usability of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The main goal was to overcome the weaknesses of CRM systems that prevent end users (primarily sales managers) from actively working with them, to solve the problem of "software on the shelf", and thus allow companies to recover the funds invested in the development and installation of these products. VDI (Russia) and Afortio (Ukraine) were invited as partners to create the Invisible CRM line.
