The company was founded in 2017 by scientists John Morton at University College London (UCL) and Simon Benjamin at the University of Oxford. On November 15th, 2017, Quantum Motion raised Seed round funding from Parkwalk Advisors, Oxford Sciences Innovation, and IP Group.
