Picnic's modular production system can perform any number of food assembly tasks in any order, configurable to a restaurant's process. Starting with pizza, the Picnic system plans to expand to other foods including sandwiches, salads, bowls, and more.

Picnic markets its system as a Robotics-as-a-Services (RaaS) model, with no capital investment. Picnic offers delivery, installation, and maintenance of systems on a subscription basis. The suite of services including cloud analytics, performance monitoring, and continuous software and hardware upgrades.
