PROSE

PROSE is a developer of technologies and systems for enabling networks in sixty-eight countries. The company says its aim is to connect people to their families, work, and everything in between. This focus is implied in the company's name, with the company noting that "prose" is defined as the ordinary language people use in speaking or writing. PROSE was spun out from Rosenberger Group in 2022 and brought with it the larger group's antenna and coverage solutions. PROSE focuses on developing base station antennas, microwave antennas, indoor and outdoor coverage solutions, Open RAN sub-systems, and related services.

PROSE is an independent entity intended to use its decentralized organizational structure to serve global customers and develop new technologies and solutions while working with customers in the telecommunication industry. The parts of Rosenberger Group's wireless communication business that was grouped under the new PROSE include twenty-five subsidiaries, sales and service organizations, three manufacturing sites, and four research and development sites. Although independent, Rosenberger Group retains joint ownership of PROSE with the United States-based Liu family. PROSE is being led by Jim Nevelle in North America, and by Aili Liu, the global president of PROSE. Liu previously served as a cofounder and president of Rosenberger Asia Pacific and Rosenberger Technologies.

PROSE offers customers mobile cellular antennas, including a BTS antenna portfolio that includes multiport, multi-band, multi-beam, TDD/FDD hybrid, 5G small cell, and massive MIMO antennas for 4G and 5G mobile systems.

PROSE offers a series of network system products, including various wireless solutions such as 5G small cell, in-building coverage, and other related network products. The solutions are aimed to meet the network and market demands of multi-band, multi-operator, and hybrid transmission and be cost-competitive with fast deployment and easy upgrading. These include Active DAS products, Tetra DAS products, wireless repeater, passive DAS products, site RF components, and in-cabinet RF components.

PROSE offers microwave products in their microwave antenna portfolio covering frequencies from 60GHz up to 80GHz for various application scenarios and competitive parameters critical for overall system performance. The company's product portfolio includes high wind-load series, E-band 1ft and 2ft reflector series, E-band array series, Dual-band series, and Class 4 series, among others.

PROSE also offers a series of O-RAN radios based on the company's research and development platform, which further works to offer scenario-based and customized products to meet operator requirements. These include single-band, multi-band, beamforming, and massive MIMO radio portfolios.
