NODE (pre-fabricated homes)

NODE is a company delivering pre-fabricated sustainable residential buildings that is headquartered in Seattle, Washington and was founded in 2016 by Bec Chapin, Donald Bunnell, and Molly Moore. Pre-fabricated homes made by NODE are made with non-toxic materials, solar and energy storage, high energy efficiency from systems integration, and an option for a low impact foundation system. According to the companies website (as of August 2019), NODE serves only the west coast of the United States. They offer several pre-fabricated home models and model customization options which include the Trillium Series, Madrona Series, Juniper Series, and Sequoia Series.
