MIKHAILYUK, SOROKOLAT & PARTNERS is a patent, trademark and design partnership, which was established in 1992 simultaneously with the creation of Ukrainian national patent system. Valentin MIKHAILYUK - the first patent attorney registered in Ukraine, is the founder of Mikhailyuk, Sorokolat and Partners.
At present, the firm is one of the largest in Ukraine in the sphere of IP Law, representing the interests of clients in Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Belarus and Moldova through it's own offices located in Moscow, Almaty, Bishkek, Tbilisi, Tashkent, Minsk and Chisinau. The company provides clients with the full range of services in all other countries of former Soviet Union: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan.
