Fans can conduct transactions with their tickets using Lyte. If users are looking for tickets for sold-out events, they can log onto the platform and request tickets for the event they want. After entering payment information, Lyte will attempt to find tickets for the event. Users are only charged if tickets become available. In the situation that tickets are found, the transaction is automatically conducted using the payment information that users entered.

For ticket returns, users can connect Lyte to TicketFly and return their tickets. Refund payments are issued after the event. Users can also utilize a "Send Tickets" feature, which allows for users to send tickets directly to other users with a link that is created by the platform.
