Accomplice (FKA Atlas Venture) is an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in technology startup companies.

Accomplice is an early-stage venture capital firm that was founded in 2015 by Jeff Fagnan and Ryan Moore. Accomplice's founding is the result of a strategic split by firm Atlas Venture to concentrate its investments on technology startups. The firm's name derived from a crowdfunding campaign started by the firm.

Accomplice's first fund invested $200 million in cybersecurity, eSports, and data analytics startups. In 2018, Fagnan introduced Accomplice Blockchain and annouced a second fund of $205 million for further investment in the technology sector.
