Jimmy Levin

Jimmy Levin is the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Sculptor Capital and a member of Sculptor Capital’s Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Levin is also Chairperson of the Firm’s Portfolio Committee, the Chairperson of the Partner Management Committee, and a member of the private investment committees. Mr. Levin oversees all aspects of the firm’s investment portfolios, including capital allocation across investment strategies and geographies as well as business strategy and key operating decisions. Mr. Levin serves on the board of the East Harlem Tutorial Program.

Mr. Levin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Harvard University.He was an associate at Dune Capital Management LP and had been an analyst at Sagamore Hill Capital, prior to joining the Sculptor firm in 2006. The Sculptor Capital Management firm was then known as Och-Ziff Capital Management until their name change in 2019. Levin became CEO of Sculptor Capital Management on April 1, 2021. He has served as Chief Investment Officer since 2016.
