IntelePeer is a software company that provides an eponymous customer communications platform as a service (CPaaS). The San Mateo, California-based company was founded under the name VoEX in 2003 by then-CEO Haydar Haba, who left the company in 2013. Current leadership consists of President and CEO Frank Fawzi (who joined IntelePeer in 2007), COO Andre Simone, CFO Thomas Conway, and CTO John Ward. IntelePeer has been a privately held company since its inception.

IntelePeer is a venture-backed privately held company. The company most recently completed $110 million in new funding on May 25, 2021, in the form of $75 million in convertible notes and debt financing from Sixth Street Growth and $35 million in equity from Savant Growth.
