While Tampa Bay residents may still be bunkering down in their work from home set ups, a new coworking spot will be available to St. Pete 'Burgers when coronavirus (hopefully) lifts. Industrious, the New York City-based coworking space, will be opening in St. Pete's downtown building at 200 Central Avenue. The announcement comes on the heels of a partnership with Third Lake Partners, a financial services firm in Tampa. "Third Lake is excited about our continued partnership with Industrious," said Robert Forsythe, President and COO of Third Lake. "The 200 Central project will be transformative to our building and downtown St. Pete and will facilitate collaborative work spaces for the growing technology and professional scene." Industrious 200 Central is expected to span almost 37,000 sq. ft. across the building's third, fourth and fifth floor. It has a slated 2021 opening date.
