GreenTiger

A technology company offering a stock trading platform that allows users to trade US stocks from India with no commission fees that is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California and was founded in 2019 by Prateek Swain and Tyler Burnam. The GreenTiger platform is made to connect investors living in developing countries with investment opportunities in capital markets found within developed countries.

GreenTiger charges zero commission fees for trades made by their users due to their low overhead costs of operation, no cost associated with GreenTiger or their brokerage partners to place trades, and GreenTiger's ability to monetize their platform through their merchant partners.

GreenTiger provides each one of its users with a digital tax credit for submission of India's income tax forms; ensuring GreenTiger users are not taxed twice for trading securities on their platform. All securities passing through the GreenTiger platform are taxed at a flat rate of 25%.
