Fanta (German: Fanta) is a non-alcoholic highly carbonated soft drink with a citrus flavor; produced by the Coca-Cola Corporation.

Fanta Shokata (with elder).

with orange

The main flavor option is orange; different flavors are also produced in different countries, for example, in Russia, as of 2021, flavors of orange, manguava, shokat are produced. In November 2021, an orange-flavoured version with no added sugar was released[1].

The classic release forms are a glass bottle and an aluminum can (from 0.15 liters in the UK to 0.355 liters in the USA); the main volume of retail sales is products in PET bottles (from 0.5 l to 2 l).

The drink appeared in 1940 in Germany during the Second World War: due to the embargo imposed by the anti-Hitler coalition, the supply of syrup to Germany, which was necessary for the production of Coca-Cola, was suspended, and the head of the local division of Coca-Cola, Max Keith, decided to create a new product based on ingredients that were available in Germany at that time. The main components of the new drink were apple pomace (waste of cider production) and whey (a by-product of cheese production); the resulting drink was yellow in color and very different in taste from the orange "Fanta", which is now the most common[2]. The name of the drink was the result of a collective discussion that began with Kite's call to the participants to "use their imagination" (German: Fantasie), to which sales manager Joe Knipp immediately said - "Fanta!" [3]. The parent division of Coca-Cola acquired the rights to the Fanta tr

ademark in 1960.
