DrChrono is a company that offers healthcare and medical management with the use of smart-devices and the web. The company was founded in 2009 by Daniel Kivatinos, and Michael Nusimow.

The goal of the company is provide physicians, medical groups, large practices, enterprises, and clinics an all in one platform that fills electronic health records (EHR), medical billing, RCM services, an app directory, and also API for developers to build on. DrChrono uses artificial intelligence to automate medical note taking from physician appointments and can translate all the information into a patient's personal EHR.

The platform works by healthcare professionals record their patient exams at patient discretion, using DrChrono's platform and the DeepScribe app (interacts similarly to Apple HomePod, Amazon Echo, or Google Home). The technology can listen to the conversation between provider and patient and compose notes to match, sending them to a smart-device that houses the EHR for review and approval.

DrChrono is a company that participated in the YC W11 cohort of Y Combinator and raised an estimated $18,725,000.
