Moxi is a robotic assistant designed to help the clinical staff working in a hospital environment by completing non-patient related tasks such as gathering supplies, bringing supplies to rooms patients are staying in, delivering lab samples, gathering supplies from storage areas, and disposing soiled linen bags. Features of MOXI include: expressive faces, social awareness, mobile manipulation, and human-guided learning.

On January 10, 2018 Diligent Robotics completed their seed funding round with $2.1 million in seed funding from True Ventures (lead investor), Pathbreaker Ventures, Boom Capital and Next Coast Ventures.
