DevRev is a developer of a customer relationship management platform for developers, also called a Dev CRM platform. The platform is intended to bring developers and customers together for product-led growth and offers an API-first developer-centric CRM that leverages data, design, and machine intelligence to help developers build, support, and grow their customer and client base. It aims to bring developers and customers together to improve product development and to manage and empower customer relationships.

Headquartered in Palo Alto, California, DevRev was founded in 2020 by Dheeraj Pandey and Manoj Agarwal, both of whom previously worked as CEO and SVP of engineering, respectively, of Nutanix.

DevRev's DevCRM platform connects developers to customers through a product in a product-led development scheme. The platform is designed to put the customer in the development workflow to help make customer-centric applications.

This includes various tools, including the following:

• Trails, which offers a product system of record, allowing users to visualize and connect features and capabilities, build roadmaps, track customer interactions, and enrich parts of a system with user metrics
• Vistas, which offers a place for developers to view their work, product, and customers, including summary metrics and customer views
• Social, which brings together developers and customers through the product, including chat and attachment capabilities to increase collaboration
• Converged SoR, which allows developers to link together customer conversations, tickets, issues, parts, and customers to connect all conversations and help developers in their priorities for customer development
• Airdrop, which allows developers to migrate and bi-directionally sync data across systems.
