Civil Design & Construction is an American company providing civil engineering, land surveying and cost engineering services. It was established in 2005 by Civil Design & Construction, Inc and Ms. Karla E. Weston.

CD&C works with both big and small companies. It has served Pointe Coupee Parish Louisiana Department of Transportation, Iberville Parish and other customers.

Areas of expertise include roadway design, private developments, stormwater management and pollution prevention, drainage studies, construction engineering and others.

Civil Engineering

Civil Design & Construction design, operate and maintain various infrastructure projects and systems in both private and public sectors. This refers to tunnels, buildings, airports, systems for sewage treatment and water supply.

Cost Estimating Services

Company's cost estimating services are a special service designed for DOD clients and US Army Corp of Engineers.

CD&C took part in estimating and providing construction services for Post Katrina Recovery projects (New Orleans). Also, it serves a big amount of civil projects which includes channel closure gates, bridges, roadways, and others.

Land Surveying

Civil Design & Construction engineers establish and reestablish corners, lines, monuments and boundaries of property based on standards of practice, historical evidence and recorded documents. It has served USACE, Parish & Municipal governments, Baton Rouge Metro Airport and other governmental customers.
