Aztalan Engineering is a custom manufacturing and CNC machining shop which serves the medical, aerospace, energy, defense, and fire fighting equipment industries. The company was founded by Jim Brey in 1978, in Lake Mills, Wisconsin, United States.

The company is capable of offering capabilities such as ultrasonic cleaning, CNC turning, CNC Swiss turning, CNC milling, soldering and brazing, engineering support, and material sourcing, and offers quality control. For ultrasonic cleaning, the company utilizes high-frequency sound waves that are generated by means of an external transducer unit, breathing circuit cleaning processes, and high-pressure oxygen cleaning.
