Access Square seeks to provide investors face-to-face with corporate management, or corporate access. Traditionally brokers manage these meetings as well as market intelligence, investor feedback, industry views and earnings estimates. Access Square seeks to mitigate the high cost of traditional brokers with their platform. A platform which doesn't seek to remove the consultancy traditional brokers offer, but rather open the access to corporations upper management without the need to pay for a broker.

For Investors, Access Square's platform offers events inventory, to provide investors an inventory of upcoming management meetings, in-house notification, confidential inquiry to express interest quietly and sector-specific conferences.

For Corporations, Access Square's platform offers optimized target lists to leverage shareholder target lists, blind auctions, expense reimbursement and control of the list of investor attendees.
