iTech Capital is a private equity and venture capital firm in Latvia that focuses on industry-changing and internet-based businesses. Founded 2011 in Riga, Latvia by Gleb Davidyuk, it invests in late stage ventures, private equity, and other ventures. Its portfolio companies include Roistat, Bitfury Group, Amulex, TradingView, Bitfury Group, Clickky, Ecwid, MFMSolutions, Aviasales, and Ticketland. As of April 2020, iTech Capital has made 16 investments. Their most recent investment was on February 4, 2019, when Roistat raised $4M. iTech Capital has had two exits, the most notable of whch include Ticketland and Qiwi Post. The company has raised three funds, their latest being Global Sports Opportunities Fund. This fund was announced on February 20, 2019 and raised a total of $50M.
