Vimazi Running

Vimazi Running is a Portland, OR based running shoe company. Co-founded in 2018 by Scott Tucker and John Zilly, Vimazi makes "pace-tuned" running shoes that are based on how quickly the wearer can run a mile. The company offers six shoe models that range from 4.5 to 30 minutes per mile, as well as a model designed for walking speeds.

The pace-tuned technology was invented by Vimazi, and is patent-pending as of 2021. The company raised $600,000 in funding during a seed round in June 2021. Vimazi will begin selling its shoes through retailers in August 2021 with an MSRP of $160.
