TransferFi

TransferFi is a Singapore-based company that uses algorithms that could extend the wireless power network to more than 25 meters (82 feet).Its stated mission is to build the first dedicated wireless power network for both land and space.

The company has several products, such as the TFi WPN Tx, the TFi WPN Rx, transmitters, and receivers. The TFi WPN Tx is capable of supporting more than 30 TFi WPN Rx devices and the TFi WPN Rx supports up to three sensors per device. The devices have power input and ethernet ports as well as multiple mounting options. The transmitter is intended to be capable of converting electricity into electromagnetic waveswhich can then be transmitted to antennae using radio frequency.

TransferFi is testing out its product in the industrial Internet of things setting, such as on oil rigs and works with creating easier access to communication for remote energy resources. The product is capable of being integrated into existing systems and does not use wires for transferring power.
