In November 2017, Tim Tech Consults signed a multi-million dollar deal with a Congolese firm.
History
Tim Tech Consults was founded in December 2008 in Japan by its CEO Musasizi Timothy Karubanga commonly known as MK Timothy who was at the time a student of software engineering in Tokyo, Japan. It began as an IT services company which at the time provided small scale App development services.
It introduced the nearshore concept in 2010 and opened the first global delivery centre in Kampala.
In August 2011, Tim Tech acquired one of the Congolese companies GE's (Global Development Centre) and started it's operations in Democratic Republic of Congo.
Partnership
Tim Tech Consults signed a partnership deal with Amazon Web Services (AWS) partner network APN in 2019.
