Tetyana Yablonska (born November 2, 1917, in Smolensk, Soviet Union)[a], was a Ukrainian painter and artist. She was a citizen of Soviet Union and later Ukraine. Yablonska was educated at the National Academy of Visual Arts and Architecture and Shevchenko State Art School. Unfortunately, she passed away on June 17, 2005, in Kyiv.
Yablonska's work encompassed various genres, including portrait, self-portrait, landscape painting, and genre painting. She authored paintings such as "Self Portrait", "Has Caught a Cold", and "Girl with a Butterfly Net".
Throughout her career, Tetyana Yablonska received numerous awards, such as the Order of the Red Banner of Labour, Order of Friendship of Peoples, People's Artist of Ukraine, Stalin Prize, USSR State Prize, Hero of Ukraine (February 4, 2001), Order of Merit (Ukraine), and Shevchenko National Prize.
