American neuroscientist
Terry Sejnowski is a computer scientist and neuroscientist born in Cleveland on August 13, 1947. He holds a nationality and country of citizenship of the United States. Sejnowski completed his education at Princeton University and Case Western Reserve University. He is known for his work as a doctoral advisor to several students including Michael Beauchamp, Jonathan Garcia, Zachary Mainen, Tiger Lin, Anup Das, Katherine Moortgat, Olivier Coenen, and Aaron Sampson. Sejnowski was himself a doctoral student under the mentorship of John Hopfield.
