SentinelOne is a company that provides endpoint security software. The company was established in 2013 by Almog Cohen and Tomer Weingarten. SentinelOne aims to provide clients with real-time protection against malicious cyber attacks. The company’s headquarters is located in Mountain View, California although it also has an additional office in Eugene, Oregon.

SentinelOne’s main product is SentinelOne Endpoint Protection Platform. SentinelOne Endpoint Protection Platform is an automatic prevention, detection, and response solution against malware and real-time cyber attacks. The product uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to discover immediate threats to the user’s computer network. SentinelOne also has two products and services to support SentinelOne Endpoint Protection Platform, which are SentinelOne Ranger and SentinelOne Vigilance. SentinelOne Ranger provides additional security for devices connected to an enterprises’ network which will decrease the possibility of a cyber attack due to a vulnerable or infected device. SentinelOne Vigilance, on the other hand, combines the protection offered by the main product with the skills of SentinelOne’s cybersecurity analysts.

Since its founding year, SentinelOne has received a total capital of $109.5 million across five funding rounds. The company’s most recent was a Series C in January 2017, which amassed $70 million. It has accepted financing from 12 investors, with four among them as lead investors. Past investors that have invested in SentinelOne are The Westly Group, Third Point Ventures, Sound Ventures, Granite Hill Capital Partners, and SineWave Ventures.
