Redefine Meat is a food technology company making a 3D printer capable of printing plant-based alternative meat products that is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel and was founded in 2018 by Adam Lahav and Eshchar Ben-Shitrit. The Redefine Meat 3D printer combines 3D printing technology, digital meat modelling, and food formulations to produce plant-based, animal free, alternative meat products that mimic the appearance, texture, and flavour of animal muscle meat.

The company plans on using the funding to bring its 3D printing technology to market. Redefine Meat made the following public comment after the companies successful seed funding round:
We have already successfully printed great products for multiple foodie events, and over the coming 12 months, we will take the technology to the next level where we expect to make a huge impact on the meat market and the future of our planet.
