NJTC Venture Fund is a New Jersey based venture capital firm. They focused on seed, startup and early-stage venture investments in companies located in the greater New Jersey area. Their area of investments include clean-technology, information technology, new media, and healthcare and life sciences. NJTC Venture Fund invests $250,000 to $5 million per company and supports portfolio companies with a network of partners and advisors.

NJTC Venture Fund was a subsidiary of NJ Tech Council and was re-branded as Tech Council Ventures.

NJTC Venture Fund has made investments in Netilla Networks, Amber Road, Redpoint Bio, CareGain, Achieve3000, Sword Diagnostics, CebaTech, RightAnswers, Gaia Power Technologies, Game Trust and IntegriChain.
