Currently, the service is entirely free to the patients they assist. Memora Health is working with three different hospitals and several private practices. The company uses each patient's electronic medical records to assist with appropriate out-patient service. Felix, the virtual nurse that assists patients, helps monitor progress and assures smoother service between in-person visits.
