Founded in Pasadena, California, United States by Alex Suh and William Hanna, this venture capital firm invests in early stage ventures. On August 1, 2005, the company invested in Kiyon, a company that offers IP broadband mesh network solutions including automation wireless BACnet products, broadband routers, antennas and accessories. The amount invested was $10M.
