Incap Corporation is a company listed on Nasdaq Helsinki and offers Electronics Manufacturing Services. Incap's CEO and President is Otto Richard Pukk.
Incap Corporation was founded in 1985 when the company was registered under the name Teknoinvest. The name Incap was taken in 1992 after the merger of three development companies that operated in various industries. The company expanded with subsequent mergers and acquisitions, including to Estonia in 2000, India in 2006 and 2007, Hong Kong in 2011, and UK and Slovakia in 2020.
Incap offers Electronics Manufacturing Services, such as producing Printed Circuit Boards and manufacturing and assembly of electronic products and its products are used, for example, in micro-mobility devices and smart street lights.
In January 2021 it was announced that an Estonian company Crystalspace was commissioned for stereo cameras to be used in NASA's Artemis Program and that Incap Electronics Estonia will produce the necessary electronics.
Incap and its local subsidiaries have won several awards and recognitions. In 2017 Incap Estonia won the Sustainable Growth and Social Responsibility award of the Swedish Business Awards and in the same year the Regional Company of the Year of Enterprise Estonia.In 2018 Incap Estonia received a golden label of Family-Friendly Company from the Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs.In 2019 Incp's India branch won the High Growth in Electronic Hardware Exports Bengaluru award and in 2020 the Highest Exporter in Electronic Hardware - Bengaluru award at the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) IT Export Awards.
In 2020 the President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid awarded the CEO of Incap Corporation, Otto Richard Pukk, the Fourth Class of the Order of the White Star for promoting entrepreneurship.
In 2020 Finnish business magazine Arvopaperi named Incap Oyj as one of the stock market's profitable growth rockets on Helsinki Stock Exchange.
