German aerospace engineer
Gustav Otto (born January 12, 1883, in Cologne, and died February 28, 1926, in Munich), was a German engineer, aircraft pilot, and entrepreneur. He was a citizen of Germany and studied at the Technical University of Munich.
Otto is known for founding AGO Flugzeugwerke, BMW, and partnering with Karl Rapp. He was the son of Nikolaus Otto, the inventor of the internal combustion engine.
