Using the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) as our framework, we have revised our business strategy to meet the future as a more resilient, innovative and collaborative group of companies.
Our people are our most valuable resource. Keeping a diverse workforce and providing them with lifelong learning, will ensure that we always have the best hands and minds on board.
Our existing competence and expertise shall be the springboard for innovative ideas that will benefit both our companies and society – now and in the future.
Because only together can we create the changes the world need – and at the same time make profits while doing it.
We have chosen SDG 4, 5, 9, 13 and 14 as our stretch goals. Click on the goal symbols to see how we approach each goal.
By combining education and lifelong learning with equal opportunities and new collaborative ways of working, we will unlock new innovative solutions that will create shared value for our planet, society and the Grieg Group.
The Grieg Group has always strived to do business in a fair and proper way. Implementing the SDG framework in our strategy we have defined SDG 8, 16 and 17 as our foundation goals. You can read more about how we approach them here.
