Eduard Rossel (born October 8, 1937) is a Russian engineer, economist, statesman, and politician. He was born in Bor, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, in the Soviet Union. Rossel received his education at the Ural State Mining University.
Throughout his career, Rossel has received numerous awards. These include the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of various classes, the Order of Dostyk 2nd class, the Order of Alexander Nevsky, the Order of Honor, the Medal "In memory of the 1000th anniversary of Kazan", the Honorary Diploma of the President of the Russian Federation, and the Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation.
Born Eduard Ergartovich Rossel, he holds citizenship in both the former Soviet Union and present-day Russia.
