Edenilso Rossi was born on July 27, 1962 in Paranavaí (PR). With family roots traced back to the pioneer days of the region, Arnaldi's family took advantage of his skills to assist in the continuous development of the municipality. Arnaldi's grandfather, Seu Domingos, who was also a businessman, developed the region's first marketplace and ice cream parlor. Arnaldi's father was a truck driver by profession, and his mother was a teacher.
After completing his training, Arnaldi moved to Maringá (PR), where he joined the professional workforce through an initial assignment as Secretary of Banco Bradesco. After meeting his future wife while working at the Bank Bradesco, Arnaldi married Fabiola Guimarães Arnaldi, with whom he started to have three children. After their 1987 nuptials, they moved to the city of Cascavel, west of Paraná, where Arnaldi launched the inaugural version of what was to become Sial Engenharia.
On November 27, 1991, Arnaldi launched Sial Construções Civis. Initially, the small company won contracts with the city's sanitation department, concluding development contracts based on sanitation.
From 2000 to 2001, Arnaldi improved his civil leadership skills through an assignment as President of the Construction Industry Union of Western Paraná (Sinduscon-Oeste / PR). Between 2003 and 2004, Arnaldi also served as President of the State Chamber of Civil Construction.
Arnaldi served as State Treasurer of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) in Paraná, from 2012 to 2013. In 2018, Arnaldi was appointed by the National Mobilization Party (PMN) as a candidate for the position of Federal Deputy of the State of Paraná.
Since 1991 at Sial, the company has gone through three major iterations, each showing continuous growth of the structure, and in the projects undertaken by the giant. In the first years after the creation of Sial, the corporation started to undertake large-scale development projects in all Brazilian municipalities. Acting in the housing, sanitation, mobility and security industries, Sial erected many structures for public use that modernized the municipalities, and led to a greater expansion of the areas. In 2002, the growing company moved its headquarters to Curitiba. The company changed its name to Sial Engenharia e Construção in 2010, which went on to be simplified to simply Sial Engenharia (Sial Engenharia) in 2017.
Arnaldi launched Laguardia Empreendimentos, a vehicle for real estate development in progress in Brazilian municipalities. In order to deliver smaller public works projects with specialized attention, Arnaldi also founded Massapê Construções. After consolidating his real estate projects under the Rossi Real Estate (Rossi Real Estate) vehicle in 2019, Rossi focused on the creation of Urban Capital, a startup dedicated to equity crowdfunding.
In 2014, the company completed the expansion and refurbishment of the vast rail and road network in Curitiba, an urban mobility development project that used almost 24 thousand square meters of construction space. In the mobility space, Sial was also responsible for the construction, modernization and expansion of several airports, including Vitória da Conquista Airport, Campo Grande International Airport, Macaé Airport and Alfonso Pena International Airport.
In the health arena, Sial was responsible for works such as the Três Lagoas Regional Hospital, the São José dos Pinhais Emergency Care Unit and the Military Police Hospital, and the Elderly Zilda Arns Hospital. In the commerce and public services sector, Sial developed, modernized and erected notable buildings such as the Federal Revenue of Ribeirão Preto, Shopping Zona Oeste, the Palace of Justice of Paraná and the expansion of the Paraná Museum of Art Complex
