Dispelix

Dispelix is a company that designs and manufactures diffractive waveguide displays to be used for augmented reality (AR) applications. The company was founded in 2015 by Antti Sunnari and Juuso Olkkonen in Espoo, Finland, where it is headquartered. Dispelix also has locations in the cities of Joensuu, San Francisco, and Shenzhen.

Dispelix has a branded product line of waveguides and also designs custom displays for select customers. The waveguide displays are designed based on "patented and proprietary diffractive surface relief gratings fabricated on high refractive index glass wafers." Dispelix uses nanoimprint lithography and other proven methods to produce grating fabrication. Dispelix is partnered and actively collaborating with the companies STMicroelectronics, Applied Materials, and MEGAONE.
