Cowen Healthcare Investments is a venture capital firm headquartered in New York, New York. It was founded as the healthcare focused venture capital arm of investment bank group Cowen. The fund makes mid-to-late stage capital investments in private life sciences, medical technology, pharmaceutical, and healthcare provider sector companies.

In 2017, Cowen Healthcare Investments raised $108 million for its second fund. In September 2019, it was reported that the firm had raised $332 million for its third fund.
