CoinList is a United States based funding platform that connects investors to these early-stage token sales. Coinlist is a projectjoint fromventure Protocalstarted by AngelList and Protocol Labs. Coinlist utilizes a new kind of security called a SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens) that has been constructed to comply with existing securities regulations. Coinlist willhosted be offering athe Initial Coin Offering (ICO) for Filecoin. The Filecoin offering will be managed on a new platform called Coinlist, which wasraised builtover by Protocol Labs and AngelList$200M.

Current offerings on CoinList are only available to accredited investors, but the team has ambitions to expand their offerings to unaccredited investors as well.
