Bulgari SpA (Bulgari) is an Italian luxury brand specializing in jewelry, watches, accessories, and luxury goods. Bulgari is headquartered in Rome and operates 300+ retail stores in over sixty countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, and South America.

Bulgari produces men's and women's jewelry, watches, and accessories, including handbags, wallets, small leather goods, scarves, stoles, ties, and eyewear, and fragrances. Bulgari also offers customized engraving for jewelry and hot stamping for leather goods. Bulgari goods are sold in its 300+ retail stores and on its website. Bulgari was established by Sotirio Bulgari in 1884 and was acquired by Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) in 2011. In 2018, Bulgari announced an overhaul of its distribution blueprint, moving closer to the typical selective and controlled Louis Vuitton business model. In 2019, Bulgari operated 324 retail stores and reported revenue of €3.2 billion.

In 2001, Bulgari formed a joint venture with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, owned by Marriott International, and launched Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, with distinctive Italian design by the architectural firm Antonio Citterio-Patricia Viel. In 2020, Ritz-Carlton operated six Bulgari-branded hotels with 527 rooms in Milan, Bali, London, Beijing, Dubai, and Shanghai.
