The firm seeks to invest new equity capital between €1 million ($1.30 million) and €20 million ($27.41 million) in companies with an enterprise value between €5 million ($6.49 million) and €100 million ($130 million). The firm prefers to take qualified majority stakes and minority stakes in its portfolio companies. Acton has made over 70 investments and raised a total of €520M across 4 funds, one of the latest ones being Heureka Growth Fund II. This fund was announced on Oct 26, 2015, and raised a total of €170M.
