Yevgeny Primakov

Yevgeny Primakov (1929-2015) was a Russian journalist, economist, politician, and diplomat. Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, he was the father of Yevgeny Primakov Jr..

Yevgeny Primakov received education at the Moscow Institute of Oriental Studies and MSU Faculty of Economics. Throughout his career, Yevgeny received numerous awards, including USSR State Prize, Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 2nd class, Lomonosov Gold Medal, State Prize of the Russian Federation, and Order of Alexander Nevsky.

Yevgeny Primakov passed away in Moscow and was also known by his birth name, Evgeny Maksimovich Primakov.
