The firm is owned by Whiteclif Enterprises Limited, another British Virgin Islands company, which is wholly owned by two Russian industralistsindustrialists Alexander Abramov and Alexander Frolov. The company was founded as an investment vehicle for Russian steel magnate, Alexander Abramov. The company invests primarily in communications technology and pharmecuticalpharmaceutical companies. Its most public dealings have been its investment in London based telecomm company Truphone.
