Vladimir Etush was a Russian actor and film director born on May 6, 1922, in Moscow. He was educated at the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute and held Russian citizenship. Etush had a child named Raisa.
Throughout his career, Etush received numerous awards, including the titles of Honored Artist of the RSFSR, People's Artist of the RSFSR, State Prize of the Russian Federation, and various classes of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland". Additionally, he was awarded the Order of Alexander Nevsky, Order of the Patriotic War 1st class, and the Order of the Red Star.
Etush also earned several medals for his contributions during the Great Patriotic War, such as the Medal "For the Defense of Moscow", Zhukov medal, Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945", and Medal "For Valiant Labor in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945". Furthermore, he was recognized with the Medal "In memory of the 850th anniversary of Moscow" and Medal "Veteran of Labor".
