The distal portion may include a distal end and a flattened region. The flattened region may be disposed proximally of the distal end. The flattened region may have a height and a width. The width may be twice or more as large as the height. A tubular member may be disposed over the distal portion. The tubular member may have a plurality of slots formed therein.
