2000
Creation of CJSC HC "TEKO-Dniprometyz" and IC "TAS", acquisition of CJSC "Insurance Company" Privat-Polis "".
2001
Acquisition of CJSC Societe Generale Ukraine and renaming to CJSC TAS-Investbank, renaming Kyiv-Privat to JSCB TAS-Commercebank, acquisition of the International Insurance Group and its renaming to TAS Insurance Company, renaming CJSC Insurance Company CJSC Privat-Polis ”in CJSC Insurance Company“ TAS ”.
2003
Acquisition of a stake in OJSC Kremenchug Steel Plant (KSZ).
2004
Acquisition of a stake in OJSC Dniprovagonmash (DVM), OJSC Kryukiv Carriage Building Plant (KVBZ), LLC Asphalt Concrete Plant JSB Stolychny, establishment of the TAS Family Medicine Clinic.
2005
Joining the Municipal JSCB Group and renaming it to TAS-Businessbank JSB (now Tascombank).
2007
Sale of JSCB "TAS-Commercebank" and "TAS-Investbank" to the International Financial Group "Swedbank".

Renaming of TAS-Businessbank JSB into Business-Standard JSB, acquisition of Dasha pharmacy network, creation of Raw-agro LLC and First Ukrainian International Leasing Company LLC, implementation of a number of development projects .
2019
Serhiy Tigipko's TAS Group of Companies has acquired the asphalt producer PJSC Stolychny PJSC. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) by a decision of December 13, 2019 granted permission to the Cypriot company T.A.S. Overseas Investments Limited, whose main shareholder is Sergei Tigipko, will acquire shares in Luregio Limited, which provided more than 50% of the votes in the company's top management .
