Svetlana Zhurova

Svetlana Zhurova , born on January 7, 1972 , is a Russian politician, statesman, and former speed skater . She was born in Leningrad Oblast and holds Russian nationality . Zhurova is also known as Sveta and Svetlana Sergeevna Zhurova .

Zhurova studied at the Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth and Tourism . She has received several awards throughout her career, including Order of Honor , Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation , Honored Master of Sports of Russia , and Olympic champion .

Her current employer is the Government of Russia .
